"Billy" Osborn alias Billy Karloff a participé à de nombreux groupes
dès 1974 dont aucun n'a laissé de traces: ‘Slippery Sam’, ‘The Punks’,
‘Scum Of The Earth’, ‘Streamliner’; il fonde Billy Karloff & The
Goats courant 77, Billy Karloff (vocals), Chris Pye (guitar), Ed Duane
(bass) & Pedro Ortiz (drums). Après l'enregistrement de leur LP "The
Maniac" fin 77, le groupe s'adjoint le guitariste Ivan Julian et se
renomme Billy Karloff Band, cette formation enregistre ce single qui
sort en mars 78 chez Wanted Records.
