Un quartet de Belmar, New Jersey, formé en 1979 par Tom (vocals), Paul Cowen (guitar), Darryl Hell (bass) & John Radcliffe (drums). Un hardcore déglingué plutôt original avec une pointe de No Wave, le groupe ne sort que ce EP et un album éponyme en 1983 sur le label local Mutha Records... Le groupe semble avoir disparu l'année suivante... Darryl Hell forme Abstinence en 1985... Nj hardcore punk nugget...
