Trio formé en 75 à Chickasha, Oklahoma par deux ex-Cocktails: Charles "Chuck" Ivey (bass, synthesizers, modulateurs,vocals) et Oliver Powers (guitar, vibraharp, cornet, electronics, vocals) avec Johnny Gregg (drums, vocals). Le groupe sort son unique LP "Static Disposal" en 76, un incroyable imbroglio de hard rock psychédélique, d'électronique et d"expérimentations parfois inspirées du free jazz, ce fantastique album n' a pas échappé à Steven Stapleton qui l'inclura dans sa mythique NWWList.
